"Trade war that has been lingering on for over a year is expected to go on. The trade dispute that began in March 2018 has no end in sight and would go on" stated, Mr. Bai Xueyin, deputy general manager of the state-owned Beijing-based Hantrong Investment Co. Ltd.

Economically  United States being the number one where China in the second position. the trade situation will remain the same even if any changes in United administration after election.  Due to the trade situation china has to adjust and the chinese textile factories are moving to Indonesia and Vietnam.

People are not interested on spending as much on clothing due to the overall global economic situation, which leads to stagnation in the global textile sector and even textile legends like China and India have been affected.

Rachel Chen of Shanghai-based Bright Field Trading Co. Ltd stated that "China consumes more than 800,000 metric tons of acrylic and plays an important role in manufacturing and textile sector".

As they need to import about 3-4 million metric tons of cotton, the mills are focusing on Brazil, Australia, Middle Asia and even India to acquire cotton stated Mr. Xueyin.

“Maybe we are not having clear dialogue with the United States, It is good to communicate so that the other party will know what we are thinking.”  Mr. Xueyin said.
