Communication with the buyer is done by the export merchandiser and this is the initial step which leads to being a success of the company. At first, the merchandiser should send an email narrating the company’s profile which includes company details like address, contact details, annual turnover, management system (standards), total employees, machine availability in production unit, following buyers, payment terms, and types of product manufacturing, infrastructure, facility and quality standards.
